We know how hot the summers in St. George can be, so when your air conditioner goes out it can be a serious problem. That's why we're available around the clock in case anything goes wrong with your home's HVAC system. We respond rapidly and our experienced repair technicians will work hard to ensure you receive excellent service and complete satisfaction with your repairs.
Dust, debris, low fluids, clogged filters and worn parts make your air conditioning system work harder to cool your home. Estimates indicate that efficiency will decline 5% each year that a home air conditioning system is not serviced. Over a five year period, your system will become 75% less efficient then when it was first installed.
When air passes over the iWave, ions produced by the device reduce pathogens, allergens, particles, smoke and odors in the air, creating a healthy environment without producing any harmful byproducts. When these ions are injected into the air stream, they break down passing pollutants and gases into harmless compounds like oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and water vapor (see illustration below).
The team at Best hvac went above and beyond to fix, replace and repair our a/c unit on the hottest week of records temps in Southern Utah. They worked with our home warranty to expedite parts; the girls in the office went beyond the norm to do this and kept in touch on progress. Their service team were out and made sure the whole system was operating at peak service.

Their logo says it all. "When only the BEST will do". I have used them before, recommended them to my daughter, and I will use them again. I highly recommend as they are not only professionals but are locally owned and operated which makes them incredibly accessible, usable, and affordable. Polite, professional and really encouraging. Said our five year old heat pump was in excellent condition and that the builder did a great job insulating our attic and roof. I was super impressed with the way they handled the replacement of our entire ac unit. From the bid to the installation. They were very professional and clean and even nice to my overly friendly dog! They finished the job quickly and explained the new system to us. I would highly recommend them! Especially the crew Zac. Heston and Beau!

Quickness of the appointment was good. I called the office early that morning of appointment to give door code and tells where the A/C was. The technician came late, didn’t call saying he was running late. He called when they got there and didn’t have the code. I had to call them later to see if they were able to repair the A/C. It was repaired. Woot hoot! Communication from the office to technician and technician to owner could be improved. Minor things.

Came out super fast! Chris fixed my ac and was super professional and quick. I will be using them again 100%! Everyone else told me I would have to wait several days just to get my AC back running. It’s the desert! It’s hot! I can’t survive that long. But these guys came out an hour after I called. I seriously couldn’t be happier right now! I highly recommend them!

They had responded quickly to come bid a complete AC replacement and had the entire unit installed before 2 other companies responded and came in less expensive than those competitors. The technician was on time, professional, explained what he was doing when I asked, etc. I felt very comfortable with his expertise. This Company also doesn't encourage spending more on a unit if it doesn't need to be done at the present time. I don't have to worry they're going to want me to fix something unless there's no options left. That's why I have them check my heating/air conditioner unit each year. I trust them.

This outfit is a joke, they couldn't figure out the problem, when they finally did Gia said it would be taken care of, well they couldn't pull that off either in a timely manner. Please don't expect Gia to return your phone calls , she's a real POS. Please note the people at Artic Air are wonderful and value your business, as we finished the repairs using them because of no response from Best AC or Gia.
