My wife and I drove out to the model home in Atoka,TN and we were completely blown away the build quality and style of the home. It was truly beautiful. Kayla was a joy to talk to and made our visit so enjoyable! She Rocks folks!! Come on by and check them out! They are awesome!!

Our home is full of things that just show poor workmanship after 3 years. The crown molding is all separated, the paint and drywall around the studs falls off, and more I ought not disclose. There are also the little things like attention to detail. In several places in our home, there are measurements written on hinges, baseboards, and doorways. If you haven't bought from them, don't!

Hubby and I ran by the model home to check out D&D homes. They came highly recommended by a friend. The homes are absolutely gorgeous and the build is exquisite. Kayla, the sales rep, greeted us at the door with a smile. She was patient, personable, and knowledgeable about the build and their business. We can’t wait to get our house built with D&D.

My experience today was a very refreshing one!! From the time I arrived at D & D Homes, and meeting Charlie, to arriving at the Model Home, and meeting Kayla, everything was perfect! Kayla took time to go over my needs (and wants!!) and showed me what was available. She walked me through the model home and helped me envision how our home would look. I was so very happy with everything and felt great relief, knowing I was working with a highly reputable company. I look forward to working with D & D Homes in the future, as they build our dream home!

We called Kayla while we were only 5 minutes down the street. She was ready on the spot to show us plans and different ways we could possibly customize each plan to our needs. She was very knowledgeable on the different neighborhoods and their availabilities.

My husband and I chose D&D Homes to build our home after months of searching and trying to figure out what we wanted. We worked with Cammy and she could not have been better to us. Our build has not started yet and we are still in the beginning stages but she is still there to answer any questions we have. Alisha has also been very helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns we have and I’m looking forward to working with her!

We rode around looking for homes an hour, we stumbled across a D&D model home and Kayla greeted us with a warm welcome and an awesome tour. She went above and beyond and met us at another model home so we can see what our options were, she told us about each style home and our financial options. I highly recommend working with this company.

My wife and I sold our homes in Memphis to build a home in Brighton TN. The best decision we made was to hire D&D to build our home. the staff was very kind and helpful in making the choices for our home. the staff are in constant communication about the progress being made on build. I was very impressed with the app the team uses so that your aware of what's to be completed on the property at any given time. now that the house has been completed the warranty is exceptional. Alex Moore was very helpful and was easy to work with. Dave Tucker and his team are excellent people and very professional

Typical response from one who doesn't understand the meaning of, "World Class Customer Service." By the way, he most certainly has not contacted me either..no worries however as I've moved on to a builder who's worthy of my time and money. They always respond as if they give a sh@@ just to make themselves look good. Good ole D&D Custom Homes...Smdh.

By far the best home builders I ever seen in are area if you have a picture in your mind of how your dream home is going to be they can make it happen you can change any detail you want interior or exterior it doesn't matter they can make it happen.
Dave will show you the floor plans they have available if you are not satisfied they have a website with tons of floor plans and you can change any detail you want in that floor plan he is very helpful and will help you choose the best and what works with you and they are very patient it took us for ever to choose a plan and we changed almost
