I call Mr. Plumber because I swell a gas odor coming from my bathroom. They sent a guy out to put in a heavy waxed ring, he put a regular wax ring on top of the one I already had on my toilet. The odor continues to come up in the restroom, so I call Mr. plumber. Today, while I’m at work they sent someone to my house, so I call them and told them no one called me to tell me someone would be coming to my house. The guy would not let me get a word in edge wise. He told me if I had answer my phone I would have known. I work for a living and I don’t set by my phone at work. I paid $137.75 for one

Had them come out to fix water heater, told me they can't get the part they charged me $138.00. Said I could order a part and call them when I get the part. They would come back out for another $138.00 to put it in. They never called me before my appointment like i was told and they were 30 minutes later from the 2 hour window that I was given. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

The crew at Mr. Plumber is great. I had a sewer line back up in my house that flood the first floor that forced a Bathroom remodel. Mr. Plumber installed a new shower pan and tub drain, they also moved my water lines for my vanity helping me to transform my outdated bathroom into a luxurious master bath. In addition Mr. Plumber repaired the pipes under the house that caused the water back-up. The entire staff at Mr. Plumber made me fill as if my project was top priority.

Day 1 - Call and arrange for plumbing estimate at my house. They tell me they can come out after lunch.
No plumber / No call.
Day 2 - I call they say they will set it up for today.
No plumber / No call.
Day 3 - I call early they say today after lunch. I call at 3:30 they rearrange and have someone at my house at 4:30. Guy that comes to house can not give estimate. Says his boss will email me by 9AM next day.
Day 4 - Noon no email. I call. Noone knows anything about my estimate. They say I have to wait till tomorrow. I ask if they want my business. He says I seem upset. I say I am
