Stephen installed a custom frameless glass panel for our shower. He was very helpful in determining what would work best for our situation; other installers insisted they would do whatever we wanted but did not offer suggestions based on their experience and expertise. Ryan with Dallas Glass was great. No gimmicks, just plain talk, friendly, and honest He provided a competitive bid and everything went well. Ryan was on time, the installers were on time and very neat. There was a slight glitch we didn't even know about, but Ryan let us know what they were doing to take care of it. It only took one extra day but after getting our bathroom remodeled, one day was nothing. Now our frameless glass shower enclosure looks fantastic! Another amazing experience with this AWESOME company! They replaced a window that had become hazy and discolored after several years. They measured and installed 2 frameless shower doors in the smaller baths. I also had them replace the weather stripping on the side of the master shower door (and the sweep on the bottom), which becomes discolored and worn out after constant use. They also built two beautiful extremely large mirrors with beveled frames for our master. All this started from a mirror project in our workout room over 2 years ago. Our master bath shower door's waterproof stripping was peeling off on the side and rotting at the bottom. I contacted Dallas Glass and Mirror and Steve got right back to me. Steve and his associate were extremely professional, knew exactly what I needed and replaced the stripping. All done very quickly and at a reasonable price. The shower door looks brand new now. Highly recommend.

Got a broken window? "Well, I got a guy for that." I'm glad that I can say that now. Didn't realize I needed a guy for that until it happened. Lawn crew threw a rock at my sidelight when mowing. Jumped on the Internet and combed through the reviews. Found Dallas Glass and Mirror. Looked at the bad reviews that were focused on lack of punctuality. Looked closer and found most were a bit unreasonable. Put 2 and 2 together and realized that this is a business that's about all about responding to glass emergencies and figured that that responding to true emergencies

I enjoyed working with Stephen as he and his assistant were very knowledgeable and focused while on the job. They provided a competitive price and put together an amazing custom cut and fit mirrored wall for my family room. This job was very big and not for any amateur! I'm completing a bathroom renovation and need a custom shower enclosure. I have tried on multiple occasions to work with Stephen (owner or manager) and he was very unprofessional. After the initial conversation I had to call back and leave a voicemail of my name and address so he knew where to go. We had an appointment scheduled for Friday 8/23 and he was a no show. After trying to get is rescheduled he asked for my address and information a second time. After a few frustrating minutes of trying to set something up he said never mind and just hung up.
