So pleased with this business! Getting locked out is so stressful. This happened to me during a monthly outing with mom. The whole ordeal was barely a hiccup with Susan's prompt response and en route updates. It was a Saturday, during a pandemic and this business pulled off great service like it was an ordinary Monday! We were locked out of our home at the beach at 11:00PM on a Friday evening and tried a few locksmiths without any luck. We were on our way back home, a 2 hour drive, when I tried Happy Locks, they were so kind and came out to help us. They answer the phone!! They fixed a complicated issue that my locksmith started and never finished fixing. We've been living with a half-fixed and half-working door waiting for my locksmith to find the time to call me back and finish the job that we already paid for. NOW, it is fixed, an HOUR after I called Happy Locks Locksmith. Thrilled with it working right, better than it was even originally installed -- our home feels safe and secure, once again. I can't thank Susan at happy locks enough for getting me into my home!! I arrived to my beach house in south bethany late evening on Labor Day weekend after a 3 1/2 hour drive with my 2 babies. After realizing that I had forgotten the correct key I proceeded to call 15 different locksmiths whose websites claimed to be "serving bethany 24/7". NONE of them were willing to come to south bethany despite clearly advertising they would. After locking ourselves out of our rental home at 8pm on a Saturday night, we called another locksmith and was told that someone would call us back in a few minutes. 40 minutes later and a couple of (frantic) call back to that locksmith, we realized that no one was going to come to our aid.
Panic set in. Are we sleeping in the car tonight? That's when a little Google search revealed happy locks and the amazing Mike. The woman who took our call was super professional and felt like we were in good hands. Mike arrived within 15 minutes and got our rental home opened in another 15 minutes
