Welcome to Kirkwood Builders we are a General Contractor who builds custom homes and commercial projects in Sedona and Cottonwood Arizona. We specialize in building framing, finish carpentry, door and window installation. We have been building in the Verde Valley since 1983. I've worked on custom residential homes of intricate design and complex commercial projects. My company is one of the largest framing businesses in Northern Arizona, and with my son Casey we are expanding our General Contractor work to take on more opportunities as a GC of residential and commercial projects.
