Services
Septic systems are out of sight and out of mind until something unusual happens. Early warning signs that your septic system needs to be serviced promptly include toilet gurgling, plumbing backups, obnoxious odors, grass in the yard growing faster and greener in a particular area or low spots appearing in the yard.
Private pump stations (PPS), also known as lift stations, are designed to handle raw sewage that is fed from a gravity pipeline. The sewage is led to a wet well that is equipped with pumps, pump controls, floats, and alarm systems to maintain a safe level inside the wet well. Preventative maintenance, such as lift station inspections are highly suggested and mandated in many counties in Central Florida.
Uses water to break up soil and is a safer alternative to digging with heavy machinery due to the fact that it eliminates risks of underground utility damage. The process of hydro excavation reduces the amount of backfill, labor, and restoration. Storm Systems - Vacuum cleaning is an ideal method for removing the dirt and other debris that can build up and result in partial or complete interruption of storm water flow.

Matt and his assistant replaced my pump on May 18. This was my second interaction with All Septic and I highly recommend this company. My entire experience from the office staff to Matt & young dude was awesome. Their pricing was very reasonable, attitude/demeanor was off the charts positive, and service was timely. Above all, they seem like really good honest people.

We were very well satisfied with the professional manner in which we received service from All Florida Septic. We were scheduled for our pump out the very next day from my initial call and the pros showed up first thing in the morning and called a half hour prior to their arrival. They knew just what to do and went straight to work and completed the job quickly. We have had numerous different septic companies out over the time we have been our home and feel like All Florida is the most professional with exceptional service, expertise and value.

When our 40+ year old drainfield started failing (2 emergency pump outs within 6 months) I got quotes from 5 different companies to have the drainfield replaced. AFS was competitively priced, and they gave me a lot of information to ensure that I was comparing quoted services accurately. They did everything promised in a timely manner and I was impressed with the quality of work and communications. They left the drain field dirt nice and level and ready for grass seed/sod. (And Steve is a hoot to work with! :)

The service I wanted from All Florida Septic was to pump/clean my septic tank. I get this service done every five years and the person that I used to use has retired his business. I called All Florida Septic because of their ratings, to drain/clean my tank and the person that came was not even here for 15 minutes! I thought something was funny because there are usually two people. Not sure what he did, but I don't think he did the job at all. Usually it takes at least one and a half hours, but the guy said I had a clean tank and off he went. I chose a family business because I felt they get the

I had called a couple companies around St. Cloud when I realized things weren’t draining properly and they couldn’t help me for 2 days or longer! I’m so glad I found All Florida Septic they answered right away and were super considerate and had a truck headed to my house which is in Kenansville somewhat out of “town” and they were there within a couple of hours! They also showed me a filter that needed to be cleaned and how I can check that myself if I had any issues in the future! Great home town people! Great customer service even though when you need those guys you really need those

Called ready to make an appointment. During the call a detail came up that I needed to clarify, so I told him I'll call him back. He literally said "are you f~cking kidding me?!" and hung up. You don't talk to customers that way, and it told me all I needed to know about the level of service I should expect. I will never do business with such a rude, unprofessional provider.

The technician who performed the septic service was very down to earth, friendly and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the problem was almost instantly and fixed it very quickly. We had spoken about a rate the day before, and to my surprise, the rate was the same the day of the service. I highly recommend this company. Matt was our technician, and he was exemplary.

This is the second time I have used All Florida Septic for my septic tank issues. For each appointment, I worked with Matt. Punctuality has been great. He showed up for both appointments before the actual appointment time. Matt is also an excellent technician. He's very knowledge and represents the company well with his professionalism. The pricing has been not just competitive but often, below many other septic companies. So far I have had to pump my septic tank (twice), and will be doing a re-pipe on my fill drain (within the next few weeks) using All Florida Septic

I had this company out for regular tank pumping. They said I needed a new drain field (don't know about this, I took their word for it which now makes me wonder). When scheduling, the guy told me I may need to replace "a sprinkler head or two". Today, the other guy almost seemed to be bragging when he said the entire half of my yard's system was "kaput". Big difference, about $1000 worth. I asked where the sod was so I could spray it to prevent drying out. They had trashed a huge amount of excellent sod. I am a 55 woman and know how to cut sod out.
