I am so very happy with my new beautifully remodeled kitchen designed by the lady Anita. She was very professional, dependable, polite, and very caring me. Starting with a very unclear draft about my kitchen, she created the design quickly and kept me in budget as well as providing many suggestions accordingly and finally I know how to match my color of tile to cabinets and my existing kitchen doors.
The project manager also very much on top of moving the project along and offering good advice. I highly recommend Star Kitchen Cabinets and I will definitely come back for my future kitchen cabinets. This past August I had my kitchen remodeled. I selected Star Kitchen Cabinets Since it is close to my house.
They came to my house for measuring my kitchen. We then did a kitchen layout and selected 11 cabinets and Quartz Stones for the counter tops. I was very happy with both their work. The communication between them with me was somewhat not very smooth since some of their people did say English, but I was always notified of the next step in advance and they always returned my calls promptly.

Great place to shop for kitchen cabinets and accessories. They have a variety of cabinets which are quality. They also stock a wide range of counter top options - from granite, quartz, porcelain etc. It's easy to contact them for their catalog and/or estimates. There is a large lot available for parking.

The worst customer service I've ever encountered. Very bad attitude. Makes you feel as if you are begging for help versus your business is appreciated. We ended up buying top cabinets somewhere else as could not get a normal service. Got really tired of dealing with the front desk. The cabinets are ok quality but service really kills it.

**Updated review- I have used Star Kitchen Cabinets three times before, was happy with their service and pricing. I was going to use them again, spoke to them on the phone, then sent in measurements so I could get a quote. 3 text messages, 3 phone calls later, and them telling me twice they'd get back to me, I've had no response for over a month. Seems like service has gone down hill unfortunately.**

Their cabinets are made of real, quality wood!! Nothing MDF or particle board. I am very happy with my purchase. And they are HEAVY! I shopped around quite a few places before I came to star kitchen, and as soon as I got the quote I decided to go with them! Same kind of quality real wood carbinets would cost me 3 times in any other places I went.
There are a few tips to shop here:
1. You need to bring a very accurate measurements of your kitchen. Annita is very helpful but also she’s quite serious, and she would insist to make sure you know all the dimensions before hand.

I have worked with Anita on many designs, my nickname for her is super women because she can design a kitchen so fast. She knows her trade better than most contractor's. They will give you the best quality and price possible. The best part of the experience is your kitchen is ready in 4 - 5 days. The staff is genuine and knowledgeable. Customer service was bad, Front desk lady rude to customer, when I come back ask for parts missing from my cabinets order, the front desk lady Anita told me they upgraded my parts to highest quality so not need that much then end up they found out really didn’t send me enough parts, then I took the missing tools from their store. They not just making mistake, they didn’t even try to fix problem, ONLY RECEIVE the customer!

I am a kitchen and bath designer, I have multiple vendors to purchase from especially for my flippers. These cabinets are Absoulutely perfect for the budget. The product are pretty much standars for imported RTA kitchen & Bath cabinets. They assembly quick and easy so far I haven't had any issues with anything. I am very happy with all aspects of this facility. A couple of recommended changes would be,
1. Have a 2020 design software catalog written with accurate pricing and online inventory access.
