After multiple technicians and parts from various companies, and no resolution. Absolute Best Appliance came out and found a corroded power wire, dishwasher now powered up, but kept thinking the door was open, he also found the last guy that replaced the motherboard didn’t plug it in. My dishwasher now works, and he was able to fix it without throwing 100 different parts at it. This is 100% the company to go to! They show up on time, they fix it right! HIRE THIS COMPANY!

They came and fixed my dryer on March 24, 2021. I never used the dryer due to my mom breaking her leg and I had to move to Nashville for 6 months. I just came back home October 2, 2021. Tried to use the dryer October 15, 2021and it's not working. Called the company and they wanted me to pay for another service call. I understand the warranty time has passed and not looking for anything for free. Customer service sucks and the lady I spoke with didn't care about what I was saying to her. I know that this pandemic has been hard on everyone but that know excuse for bad customer service .

Used ABA (through our warranty) when our dryer went out at the beginning of the month. The first time the tech came out to diagnose the issue (10-13) he was very knowledgeable and told us exactly was what was wrong within 10-15 mins. He Informed us he had to order the part (which could take anywhere from 5-10 days). He returned today (10-25) and installed the part. We finally have a working dryer. We would definitely use ABA again if needed. Love the fact that the tech calls me when he is headed our way. Friendly and courteous!

I was really impressed with these folks. They showed up by 8:00 so we didn't have to wait all day for them. The technician even called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He repaired my dryer super quick and was friendly and courteous while he was in my home. Will definitely use them again for all our appliances from now on. Thanks so much y'all.
