Battiste Tree Service

Called 3 times, they said they were coming out and they never showed, despite them saying they were on the way.

I hired Battiste Tree Service, after getting 4 different quotes on having 3 big trees removed from my property. Their bid was substantially lower than the rest. They came out ahead of schedule and performed the work. They showed up with a great crew and everything that might be needed. When finished, I couldn't even tell they had been there (except the missing trees and stumps). The clean up job was amazing, not a twig or leaf left in the area. I was thoroughly impressed with their service. I highly recommend this company!

NO CALL BACK... NO SHOW
We reached out to thank him on Monday -text, for coming out Sunday pm and scheduling us for Wednesday or Thursday and didn’t hear back from him ever again. He said he was busy and might not make it out, but if he got done early he would come out on Wednesday. He would definitely be here on Thursday.

I am thoroughly pleased with Battiste Tree Service. They took down 5 trees for me. They were prompt, professional and cleaned everything up. Their price was much more reasonable than the other estimates I received. I highly recommend them!

Very disappointed! They bid on the job and then after they started cutting down the tree told us that he way underestimated the job and was going to have to charge us more now. He admitted that it was his fault that the wrong estimate bid was given and that he way underestimated the job. When we did not agree on the price he wanted to charge now, they left and all the mess of what they had already cut was left in our yard for us to clean up. Very professional and speedy. They did more than any other tree service would do, including fixing my privacy fence and getting my yard prepared for sod. I received quotes from about 7 different tree services, and Battiste was the lowest. I'm highly satisfied with the work they did.
