We have 5' brick pillars every so many feet around the property. Our last fence just went up to the pillars leaving… space between the fence which did not really provide a lot of privacy. Also since the pillars are only 5' tall most people can see right over them. On the second day of work, Pedro and his crew started framing. We noticed that they had included the space above the brick pillars. Which was a surprise cause we had never considered that. Pedro said, "You wanted a privacy fence, right
