Been purchasing my tempered glass needs from them for over 30 years...

Our 1920's grandfather clock was moved and the leaded glass door (which was not in great shape) had a pane fall out. I found Mercury Glass online and they said they could fix it. I was expecting a huge estimate, but I was surprised. I wish I had a "before" photo but here is the finished product.

I have been calling and texting Bob at Mercury for 4 weeks, trying to get someone to give me a bid on resetting and recaulking a stained glass window and he hasn't even given me the courtesy of a return call. That is some crappy customer service!!

Mercury came very highly recommended to me and I'm sure they do fine work...once they finally get to it. My experience was that I had to call multiple times to just to get an estimate. Whoever answers the phone could not schedule it - I had to wait for somebody else to call me. That would be fine, but it took multiple calls over the course of a week to finally get him to call me. After he came out, it took more phone calls over the course of several more days to actually get the estimate emailed to me. At one point the office folks said they didn't have my email, even though I gave it to them the

I called Mercury Glass for a quote nearly 2 weeks ago. It took 4 days for someone to even call me back, after calling me they said they could do a quote over the phone, great! I'm all about efficiency but the guy who called me to get the information isn't the guy who gives the quotes. It's now been over a week and still no quote. I have called the "office" a number of times and the woman who answers acts like I'm rude for politely expressing my frustration. 2 weeks and no quote! No thanks, I'll go somewhere else.
