Unlike larger companies, we don't build inventory-we use a select set of suppliers who build your custom cabinetry just as you envision.
It starts with kiln-dried rough lumber, which is then processed through their factories to your exact specifications. They manufacture the majority of their products in-house for better control and quality. Their combination of centuries-old hand skills combined with 21st-century state-of-the-art equipment optimizes materials, ensures accuracy, minimizes waste, and helps protects the world's natural resources!

Update. Had ALM design cabinets for our study, happy with the design. They assured us the level of "quality" of cabinets would be "as great or better" than the beautiful quater sawn addition in our kitchen - not so. Several of the pieces were not stained correctly - wrong side if at all, showing the ply wood base, 2 panels missing on book cases or full of knots in a quarter sawn front, and not "put together" with care in reference to direction of grain. All this being said. The quality is not the same superior quarter sawn oak. With a little "polite" discussion and prodding they righted the mishaps

Michel designed our new kitchen over 10 years ago. The cabinets are still in fantastic shape. He was available from start to finish. His plan was easy to follow and execute.
A couple of years later we remodeled our 2 bathrooms. We again purchased our cabinets and cultured marble shower and sinks. Again he was available for any questions.
At my place of employment we needed a counter. I again called on Micheal and he delivered what we needed in less that 10 days.
Finally we bought a vacation home and redid the kitchen. We called Micheal to order countertops. We got them within 2 weeks.

We are so happy with results of our new renovated kitchen!! Nan and Michael were along with us every step of the way and made our journey easy and enjoyable. We loved working with Laura & Pete. We let Laura know we were coming from Rockford after work. Figured we'd have about 20 minutes to see what they had, as we were preparing to renovate our bathroom.
Well, we wound up staying way past closing time....they were graciously showing us different products, presenting creative solutions and we had a lot of laughs in the process.
We live 45 minutes away, but when they scheduled delivery and I ran home from work, Pete was already there waiting for me with a big smile! We are thrilled with our products & look forward to working with them again!

We recently purchased cabinets from A.L.M. for our remodel. Michael was very informative and hands on throughout the process. He helped us design a layout that made way more sense than the original floor plan, and the cabinets were delivered very quickly. Michael followed through with us and answered any questions I had about installation. Overall we had a great experience with A.L.M.

We just completed a major redo of our master bathroom and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial meeting to completion, everyone at ALM was amazing.
