After a horrible experience with a cross-country moving company, I was expecting to continue to have problems with finding a local storage facility. I am very happy to report that Cool Crate Storage in Northport was the exact opposite. From my first call to meeting management in person, every interaction has exceeded expectations. They are understanding and provide impeccable customer service. The facility is well-maintained and extremely clean. I know all of my belongings will be more than safe and protected in this facility. I would recommended this storage facility to anyone without hesitation

Great experience working with these guys. Only needed a unit for a couple weeks. We had a few special move in circumstances and they helped accommodate all of them effortless. Worked with Sharron and she was extremely friendly. The units are in great condition and they have multiple access points. They also have some carts there to help you load/unload stuff that were very handy. I definitely recommend and plan to use them again if I need another storage unit.
