I've used Jake's for a couple years to close down my cottage and for repairs. This year the tech came out and opened up and forgot to shut off a water valve. My crawl was flooded, the main circuit board on my water heater was ruined. They accepted no responsibility, I asked for Jake to call me (He didn't). We ended up having another company come out for the repairs, that tech said the damaged circuit board was definitely the result of the water. Sadly I've referred Jake's to friends in the past, but never again. Jake stand behind your work!
