Ben at Sound Moving was the first nice person I talked to after calling 5 other moving companies who refused to help me. All I needed was help moving one very large & heavy cabinet. Most companies said they wouldn't come out to Stanwood for such a small job. But I couldn't move it on my own!
Enter Sound Moving...they were more than happy to oblige! Ben made the process of scheduling so easy and quick. I am so happy. Austin and David were awesome and so kind and respectful. I will definitely use this company for any and all moving needs I have coming up in the future.

I'm so grateful for the guys at Sound Moving NW, I didn't want any more time to pass before I let them know. My husband needed to move airplane hangers from Arlington to Everett. I hadn't gotten any returns calls on my inquiries to other movers and was shocked when Ben actually answered his phone. I could tell he was very busy but he took the time to jot down the basics. He was able to fit us in and his super nice crew did an outstanding job moving all of our stuff in less than 2 hours.

I can't say enough good things about this company! They helped take ALL the stress out of moving! They went above and beyond on everything! They took some furniture pieces apart to insure they didn't get damage, or cause damage moving. Once we got to our new house they put it all back together. They took down our mounted tvs, and re-hung them. They did it all. Every single person working on our house treated us like we were family friends. Hands down best company out there.

After much deliberation, we have decided that we need to share our experience with Sound Moving Northwest. They moved us a few weeks ago and we are still finding damage to our furniture. They had the best of intentions I'm sure, but ended up cramming things so tightly into the truck without adequate wrapping that resulted in several pieces damaged.… We were told that if we were to consider turning the damage in to the insurance company that they would only give us pennies on the dollar for the value of the items. I'm an avid shopper and a postpartum mom. I don't think I'm an easy customer to satisfy, let alone deal with, and these guys delivered, I mean MOVED! I'm Feeling very fortunate to have worked with Sound Moving as I always go for 4.9 + star/ most reviewed businesses, but all the other movers were booked. Absolutely NOT as expected. They provide a quote with a low end and a high end, with what they would be taking.. Bill came to $295.00 over their high end price. They disassembled our living room set, and I guess, didn't feel like putting it back together? We had them move a jukebox, that was on casters, which I suspected, might be a problem. It has been moved twice before. When it got to our new place it was no longer on casters. PUT A HOLE in the wall of our new rental, and were quick to patch it up, before we were even there to know about it, per my stepdaughter. I cannot even begin to vent

Needed to find someone to help me move into my new house. After reaching out to several companies I selected Sound Movers. All quotes were similar, but Ben was so responsive and came across extremely friendly and helpful. We split the work over two days - one to pask and the second for the actual move. The pack crew was in and done in a couple hours. The second crew showed up and promptly got to work. Forest and Austin (i believe were their names) did an immaculate job. They were both super friendly and quick. They were respectful of the new carpet in the condo I was moving to. They made sure to put plastic on top to ensure the carpet didn't track in dirt as it was pouring raining. Moving is hard, these guys make it easy. I hate moving. I haven't done it in ten years. After today's experience, I will be sure to not only recommend Sound Moving NW to friends, family and coworkers but I will use them again. Also, they came in on budget!

Best moving experience I ever had and I've lived in 4 different states and moved probably at least 20 times in my life. Friendly customer service, friendly and efficient movers. The guys who moved me Derrick and John were so nice and really hard workers. Can't say enough great things. Will definitely use again and I highly recommend!

Dan and his crew did a great job with our move. They showed up on time, loaded everything in a very orderly manner, had to get an additional truck because of the number of boxes we had, got it all delivered and unloaded at the our new house in a good time frame. The last piece of furniture they moved in the house was a huge, heavy armoire that… accidently left a scuff on our hardwood floor as they moved it in. But not to worry! Dan knew exactly how to take care of it and buff it out with the correct products. Above and beyond. Thanks so much! Dan is a friendly guy and easy to work with.

Let me start by saying, my husband, friends and family helped us load a 26" moving truck. there was about 10 of us total. it took us 8 hrs to load the truck. and we still had to load more the following day. Well, let me tell you. Dan and Rick put the ten of us to shame hahah! They unloaded the 26' Truck ALL IN 3HOURS) Talk about highly efficient!!!!!!!!!!

We had 2 pianos to exchange between 2 houses, on the second floor, of course ( :( ), and Dan and his crew did a fantastic job.
