It was time to redo our 25 year old pressure treated deck as the deck boards were beginning to crack and become troublesome for us for some time. We asked about 4 contractors to quote to replace our deck boards, railing and steps while reusing our 6x6 pressure treated post. Dan's quote was both competitive and fair which turned out to be the best option for us.
We were glad to find that Dan's helpful and patient manner with all potential deck design options were seriously taken into consideration. He addressed our requests accurately and politely while working up our quote.
His crew was obviously

Dan is knowledgeable, personable and with his no-pressure approach, my husband and I immediately knew he would be great to work with on our renovation of an in-law suite and an additional kitchen. We were not disappointed.
When we first met with Dan we only had ideas and a lot of questions. Dan helped us take those ideas to a design that would work for us. Since this is an older home full of quirks, there were a few surprises along the way. None of them caused Dan to flinch. Anything we were unsure about, Dan assured us he and his team could handle, and they did. And all within the time frame
