Paso Robles Lock and Safe are great! We had a situation with an elderly family member and Mike was able to work around his busy schedule, which was literally weeks out, and come the next day! The same thing happened again and he called and let us know he had an earlier opening and helped us! His customer service is outstanding and his workers are outstanding! Thank you Mike!

I needed a copy of my key which they did right there on the spot within 5 min. They offer so much more as well. They had so many cool, unique, locks, safes, and lock accessories. it is a really nice store and the employees are very friendly, professional and helpful. There was only parking on Spring street which I was lucky to find an available spot, very small building but they fit a lot in it lol. For such a small space it was weird to see so many employees. They had about 5 employees behind the counter. They have COVID protection (tall and secure plexiglass) may have been there before COVID

Mike and Tony took excellent care of us when our RV inadvertently got locked on our lock boxes . I was able to remove one weather guard hasp and take it to them. The owner swooped in on Monday and found the correct stock keys. Thanks you all so much you made our two week stay in Paso so much better!!!! Instead of $28+ it was only $8 and everything fits perfectly and works smooth as silk!!! Thanks again Men and stay safe!!!! Um, so go straight to these awesome folks....

Justin Bedolla was fantastic. My lock at my office wasn't working and I was locked out. He realized my panic and made room for me in his schedule to arrive early and get me back in my office so I could get to work. I was so grateful.
