This guy doesn't pay his bills and is out of fort Smith. Will not ever do work for Mark Rouse Custom homes again.

Builder uses deception to sell homes. Says one thing and does another. House supposed to be under warranty the first year and they avoid fixing issues, doesn't return calls. In short once you buy it's your problem. They won't back the quality of their work.
