We were very pleased with the services, Josh was very kind to help us with our sofa, our dog peed several times on it and we tried to clean it every time just to smell worst the next day. We were desperate to find someone and Josh was the only one who despite being so busy made an effort last minute. He was very profesional and worked hard to eliminate the urine deeply. Our sofa dried within hours! No days! And we haven't perceived any smell out of it. He leave my sofa like new! We will definitely be booking him in the future, thank you Josh!

A Miracle happened in Torrance!
I just had Chem dry clean my moms carpet that was not cleaned in 20 years.
I really wasn't expecting miracles considering it should be replaced but low and behold Josh & his crew managed to make her carpet look Brand NEW again!
I am so GRATEFUL To JOSH as my mom is in a rental and never asks for anything of the landlord she lives in fear as her rent is low .
So I try to help her with the up keep.
I highly recommend Chem Dry and have been using them for many years off and on for my upholstery.

Having 3 indoor pets can equal 3 times the carpet disaster, I've used another chem-dry company before & they where good but the service was definitely not the same. Immaculate chem-dry (Josh & the crew) they get the pet stains & odor out, make it look like it never happened, there professionalism & sense of care is like no other. Genuine heart

VERY respectful and friendly, I needed Josh and company to clean my parents' carpet which had grown very black-dirty due to elderly folks don't usually take off their shoes when coming home (feet hurt, hard to bend over, floor too slippery, lots of valid reasons). So Josh came and made them feel comfortable, moved all the furniture, did the entire part of the house that's wall to wall carpet (~1900 sq ft) in about an hour and he brought the very dirty/black carpet back to brand new beige. Josh is superb! I am very particular, and was extremely satisfied with his service. First of all, he returned my initial call promptly. Second, he was on time. I'm so SO impressed by Josh's quality of work! He showed up promptly at 8:30am and really works his utmost hardest to make your carpet look brand new! I had 2 guys leave on me since my place wasn't the most easily accessible but Josh made it happen. He carried the heavy equipment up and down stairs for the job. I'm very grateful to have met such an amazing human and highly recommend this business to anyone wanting a top-notch job with their carpets!

Amazing work! Our sofa is clean and no longer smells like our doggo-what a concept! It took until the following day to dry (maybe we didn't ventilate appropriately?) but it is well worth it for such a cost-effective, professional service. We also had a filthy cat tree for which we requested cleaning and the darn thing looks brand new. I couldn't believe it. I highly recommend Immaculate Home!

Our toddler suffers with digestive issues. Because of this he often vomits with no warning signs, which leaves a carpet full of bacteria. We were worried about having someone come into our home during the COVID pandemic but also equally worried of mildew and bacteria forming in our son's room. We called Chem-Dry. Josh was empathic, had COVID safety protocols in place and cleaned the carpet quickly and efficiently. The carpet looks fantastic, I was very surprised he was able to get out all of the stains and smell. We will definitely be working with Chem-Dry for all of our future carpet cleanings

I needed some rental carpets cleaned as this Corona Virus Shelter on Place order began. Most calls I made unanswered. I am.familiar with the Chem Dry spot clean product and like the way it performs. These guys called back promptly and provided a general estimate. When I scheduled, they were prompt, polite and well spoken. They wore protective gloves and masks.
The carpet came out bright and clean. A commercial sanitizer was used so I can feel comfortable my new tenants are moving into a clean and safe environment. The carpets were reasonably dry when they were done.

My husband reached out via yelp late last week to request that the frame of our sectional couch be cleaned. Josh responded quickly and gave us a fair price estimate. We received a few other estimates from other companies, but their responses didn't take the time to explain the process to us.
