My home was impacted by the Tornado that struck Newnan, Ga in late March. Alpha Roofing was first to the property and stood by me and my wife until the job was complete. Shayne, David, and Tyler were all great to work with! The customer service is unmatched, Communication is off the charts, and their quality work is very impressive. David went above and beyond to fix a few things that other contractors had missed. You can’t go wrong with these guys!!

Travis came to look at the leak in my roof. He said that there were multiple problems with the way my roof was installed so it was difficult to say what was causing the leak. I had another contractor out previously that day that just said, "I don't know what it is, get a second opinion". Travis went above and beyond and caulked all the nail areas that might have been the possibility of why it was leaking. It took him an hour and he wouldn't accept payment for his work. I highly recommend Travis and Alpha Roofing. I had multiple roofing companies come out, and tried to sell me a new roof due to a few shingles coming loose. He came out, and was very open about what the situation was. He fixed it ON THE SPOT. I'm an hour and a half away from him, and he still made the trip just to give me an idea on what I really needed. I will definitely be using him to replace the roof when the time comes without hesitation. 5 stars all day.

Well it all started 6 months ago. I had made a wind claim and was having a lot of issues. Travis told me to hang in there, “We” will get this done. Travis went above and beyond his duties to make sure my roof was replaced. So today it was time to make it happen. The crew showed up and before they got started they made sure that we were all set and they got to work. They did an amazing job! Strait cuts and edges. Clean up was fantastic!! I couldn’t have asked for a better company to replace my roof!!

Call these guys first!!! Seriously, do not waste time searching for anyone else!! They are extremely professional and down to earth at the same time. Their customer service is top notch. I worked directly with Shayne and Travis, during the entire process they made me feel like my job was their most important job. The workers showed up on time and completed the work on schedule!! Cody came in and saved me 100’s of dollars! After some time spent, he was able to identify my problem when others struggled to determine where the leak in my roof was coming from. There was a misplaced shingle in my roof that allowed rain water to slowly leak through. David was amazing!! He was so helpful on the phone and really explained the situation I was dealing with. I had called the company for a second opinion and he definitely gave me an honest assessment and told me he would see if there was a way to only replace part of the vent boot to save some money which right now with everything going on was great to hear. I was told he would contact me the day I called in to inquire about our leak and he did and set up an appointment two days later. We recently used Alpha to replace an aging roof, and we went went them due to their 5-year Workmanship warranty and their commitment to quality. Initially, we weren't impressed with the work their subcontractors did but it appeared it was a miscommunication.
