We are happy that you have taken the time to view us on the web, but we would love to show you our homes in person. Our model homes are conveniently located for your viewing pleasure. Feel free to stop by during our open hours or text / call us if you can't make it during those times. Although someone will be there to answer your questions you will not be followed around by a sales person or need to sign up for anything.

From the beginning of our builder hunting process Old World stood out from the rest. The quality of their builds, the unique layouts of their homes, and the personal salesmanship helped us decide we wanted OWC to build our forever home.
Finding a lot proved to be more time consuming than we anticipated. Despite the delays and seemingly impossible task of finding just the right property we never felt anything other than support from the OWC team.

Although to this point I have not built with OWC, I would highly recommend that anyone considering building in their area meet with them. I worked directly with one of the owners, Jim Y. Throughout the process Jim was extremely helpful and respectful and came through on every single promise and deliverable. He made the design process fun and collaborative and put his own unique twist on different aspects to provide my wife and I with many different options to think about. Jim also completed all work in a very timely manner, often shocking me how quickly he was able get things back to me. When comparing
