Marrocco Partners LLC was established in 2007. The Company broke ground on their first major 60 Unit development in the beginning of 2008. Rockland Glen, a 55+ Community located in Rockland, Massachusetts. The Development consisted of 2 and 3 unit townhouses spanning over 60 acres on the Weymouth - Rockland line.
