If I could give this place a negative 1 star I would. Had my screen changed on a galaxy S 10 + for close to $300 dollars and with in three weeks the screen started showing a line down the middle of the screen even though the receipt clearly says 30 days waranty the guy tells me that I probably dropped the phone when the screen is not cracked. These guys a crooks customer service completely out the door with this shop. I will be contacting consumer services and filling a formal complaint.

The quality of the replacement parts is just not good. Just a month ago, I got the glass replaced and the phone recently slid off my lap, it dropped on the carpet yet it was shattered. However they did get battery on my other phone, its been 6 months it is still working fine so thank you for that. The staff is good and friendly.

Went to Easy Tech on a Saturday to have Iphone repaired. The salesperson inspected my phone and quoted me $110 for repairs. I informed him that I had Groupon deal for $75; I was then informed that I needed to make an appointment (Despite the store being completely empty). Anyways, I dropped my phone off at 10am the following Thursday as scheduled & was told to return at 5pm to pickup (Again the store was completely empty). After returning 7 hours later, to still a completely empty store, I was informed that they can not fix my Iphone because it was a 6S. Not sure why I was not informed

Bought a Groupon for $55.00 BIG sign right when you walk in for $49.99?!?!?
Then you MUST make an appointment, ok no problem they open at 10:00 so I make the 10:00 appointment figuring I'd be on my way with my phone at 11:00... I mean it's just a screen... Nope come back after 6:00 PM I'm told! WTH?!?! Why make an appointment if I'm just dropping my phone off... Well hell Im stuck now because I already paid Groupon and he's got my phone, if I upset the slimy looking dude who works there your know he'll screw with my phone! So I leave it
