Baumann & Crosno Construction is a construction company specializing in building single-family homes in Northwest Arkansas. Established in 2013, Baumann & Crosno Construction has rapidly grown into one of the area's premier home builders. The company is owned by Mike Baumann and Michael Crosno, with drafting and home design services provided by Lane Barrows Crosno.
Mike's construction career began after his graduation from The Virginia Military Institute in 1998. Mike started as a Project Manager for Ryan Homes in North Carolina where he oversaw the construction of more than 600 single-family homes, 150 multifamily homes, and three condominium projects in a two state region.
While at Ryan Homes, Mike transitioned into the Costing and Estimating Manager position and was responsible for the estimating and cost maintenance for a division that built over 3000 homes during his seven-year career. Mike finished his career at Ryan Homes as a Sales and Marketing Manager. He then relocated St. Louis, Missouri.

Mike Baumann and the entire Baumann Crosno Team is top notch. As a designer in Little Rock, I deal with contractors and construction crews on a daily basis, all over the state. When we decided to build two rental properties in Fayetteville, we chose Baumann & Crosno to build them. They exceeded all my expectations. I have been in the residential/commercial design business for 26 years and I have never worked with a builder as professional, upfront, on time and on budget as Baumann Crosno. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We hired Baumann & Crosno as our general contractor for a mutli-family infill project in Downtown Fayetteville. The entire team was extremely professional, which was most exemplified by their communication, transparency and guidance throughout the entire planning and construction phases of the project. To say we were satisfied is an understatement.

We worked with Baumann and Crosno on a complicated project with a lot of moving parts and complicated documentation. They were great to work with through the process of getting everything off the ground, continually sticking with the "intent" of the agreements versus getting caught up in what might or might not have been documented. On the actual work itself they have been amazingly fast. If there has been any issues in the construction quality they just right on it without pushback or complaint. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
