I went to Trim Team to buy some doors and the staff was very professional they had a lot of options to choose from and great quality. My sales man was Enrique he was nice but hard to understand and gave a lot of unnecessary information he was extremely talkative there were some other sales person there so next time I will just try somebody else but the product was great. I would definitely recommend Trim Team.

Enrique had the patience and experience to answer our questions and concerns. And I also want to praise the painter that they recommended, Javier, who also did a fine job. Purchased a bedroom door from this company and brought my old door in so all of the hinges could be matched up. First I was informed it would take most of the day to complete (for a 10 minute job if that). Secondly, I get home with the door and none of the hinge slots match so now my door won’t fit properly. Called the company and spoke to the same sales representative (Claudia) completely unhelpful, and just says “bring it back and you can have your money back, we can fix it or I don’t know what else to tell you”. I wouldn’t take my business back here again.

After initially looking at patio doors at the local home improvement centers, and reading the reviews, we decided to choose Trim Team. Trim Team replaced a front and back door for my parents home. Enrique was a very respectful individual and took the time to explain his products in a manner that allowed my parents to trust Trim Team to do the job. The two installers were also very respectful and kept a clean environment throughout the whole process. The installation was flawless and I would definitely recommend Trim Team.

I started doing business with them a year ago. Their service is pretty good. Most of the time they're on time. Herraro has been doing a good job. I don't have to call the staff back because every-time I call in they answer all my questions on the spot. They just delivered yesterday, doors and moldings for one of my houses, very fast delivery. I say they're 9 out of 10.
