Had an appointment at 9-12 no show no call. I call them and am told the repair guy is still at his call before me and was asked if I could wait. I said ok now it's 2:30 and no one is showing. I call and she picks up and hangs up on me with no answer 3 times. Very unprofessional horrible customer service don't waste your whole day like me and pick another business to go through.

Very professional, was a little bit of a wait because the wrong part was ordered but once he got here, he took the time to fix my washer. He didn't rip it open even when it gave him a bit of trouble. Very professional service. Got the job done!
