The State of Massachusetts initiated a law in 1995, requiring all on-site sewage treatment systems to fall under specific guidelines. This was in response to concerns about the contamination of groundwater and local drinking water supplies as a result of antiquated septic systems and cesspools within Massachusetts.

I am a first time home owner and called All Clear Septic to asked if the had history with my home as they did the title V. I spoke to Ken, he went out of his way to explain the title 5 to me, for example page 10 notes levels sludge etc, noting that the septic will not need to be pumped till spring due to low levels in my tank. He also gave me suggestions on managing my water usage as I need to give my leeching field time to manage the water. He emailed me 3 different documents, such as my septic plans and their notes on location og my septic from title 5. I have yet to spend any money at All Clear

RUN AWAY, if I could give zero stars I would. No show on the first visit, no one called to tell me they weren't coming, no replied back to my voicemail and then no one even called to acknowledge that no one showed up. Tried again hoping it was just a one time thing, no showed AGAIN, and the excuse was Mondays are busy time gets away. Then the excuse for Friday was that they accidentally wrote the wrong house number down but no one called to figure out where right house was. Find it hard to believe that the house number was an issue when the person I spoke to recalled that title5 that was

They actually go under All-Clear Septic and Wastewater Services so I'm not sure who named it this (if it was a another yelper) ... but what I do have to say, is that the gentleman who came out to our home (my husband forgets his name lol) today - was EXCELLENT. He was fast, very friendly, and got the job done. (Thank God the rain stopped)
