Garry V. Hughes is the founder and Vice -President of Hughes Construction Company, Inc. (HCCI). In 1960, he began building single family residential housing. By 1965, the company expanded into the development and construction of commercial and industrial projects. Over the next six years, HCCI acted as the general contractor on numerous shopping centers, office buildings, convenience stores, retail outlets, and libraries.
Chris joined The Hughes Companies in 2000. He leads The Hughes Companies in the development, construction and management of multifamily developments. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree and a Juris Doctorate Degree. Prior to joining the Hughes Companies, he was a practicing attorney.

I wish I could score a zero star. Lauren at Waverly has had my $25.00 application fee and $400.00 deposit for 2 weeks now. They (She) never initiated a phone call concerning the process of my application. I constantly had to call them. I was fed so many lies during the entire process. On one day I would be told that I’d hear something from her by the end of one day or midday the next to never hearing from her to having to call or go back by again. Lauren started off very pleasant to work with but soon started the avoidance. The other lady in the office with Lauren never had a pleasant demeanor

I have been a customer of Hughes Construction/Yard Maintenance for the last 5 years. This year I am unable to contact their yard maintenance team or their corporate office. I am very disappointed that a company would act in such an unprofessional manner. I would hate to be a resident of one of their apartments.
