My 5yr old had destroyed my carpet over the years, shampooing never did the carpet justice. My dad contacted Steam Master and he was here @8am sharp. My carpet looks flawless, all the stains and dried food are GONE! I highly recommend this business and will definitely use it again in the future

The steam master crew was amazing across the board!!! When I scheduled for my apartment to be cleaned they were responsive and got me in as soon as possible for a great price. The technician did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet while I was at work stress free. There was a mishap with the billing after the work was done and the office personnel handled it exceptionally. I will definitely be a repeat customer for all of my future needs!

We called because our dog got skunked. However it was 10 years of not having the carpets done we decided to do the whole house. I am pleased with the results and no more skunk smell. Jacob was amazing with the service and our animals.

I am beyond satisfied with the cleaning I received by Jacob and Andrew. They were on time called me ahead to let me know that they were on their way. My carpets look brand new and smell new again. It's amazing feeling. Couldn't be happier. They were also able to make time to clean my sofa and loveseat. They were professional, very knowledgeable, handled my concerns with ease. I had my carpets cleaned by a company that offered a 3 room and hall special. When they arrived they wanted more money to pre treat the carpets. I was shocked. They had water on their truck instead of using my available water source. My carpets just didn’t look clean after they left. I called Steam Master to come and look at my carpets. They agreed they were still dirty. They pretreated at no additional cost. They cleaned my carpets with hot steam and fresh city water not water on their truck. They cleaned two more rooms I wouldn’t let the other company clean. I don’t normally leave a review

I would like to tell all about this company, Steam master, and Larry and Cindy, the owners. Both were a great help in setting up the process and in the follow-up process. Couldn't have asked for a better involvement by the owners. The cleaning was perfectly done with no questions or complaints.

BJ just left from cleaning our dog-soiled sectional. We couldn't be happier! We have put this off long enough and didn't realize how stained they had gotten and we were unable to clean anymore with our spot cleaner. BJ was right on time and he ended up staying longer than expected but got the job done. He was very nice and trusting, while following protocols.
