David was on time and very courteous. I was getting a second opinion from this company on a couple thing a different company told me was mandatory to do asap. Tech came back and told me there was nothing that was an immediate fix me or else nature. But rather let me know that a couple things could use replacing but it was up to me. Said I have an older system that I need to consider replacing before to long but I have time.
I love the fact that he didnt try to take advantage of a woman ! Just told me straight out . I will reward the honesty of the company with loyalty! This is what companies should

Great overall experience with this entire company. In July we had our HVAC system completely go out and while on site, they showed us that our water heater was over 20 years old and not functioning properly either. They gave us recommendations based on our wants/needs/budget and exceeded our expectations in all those areas! Not 2 weeks after the HVAC/Water Heater install, we had a shower valve go bad on a Saturday afternoon and they were there to fix it within an hour. Awesome company from the techs to the owner, we've dealt with them all. Highly recommend Torch Services!

I had JD from Torch out to fix some leaking valves in my basement. He also recently helped me with a sewer and drain line that was blocked. JD was on time, professional, and courteous. What I appreciated most was he clearly explained the issues and how he would attack the problems. He took the time to understand the root causes of my issues and only fixed what was needed. Transparency is very important to me when hiring contractors, and I appreciate JD's approach in this regard. 5/5 would use again. Highly recommend!

I called Torch company because my A/c was not working, David Yeager came out and was the most professional technician I’ve came across. David knew his trade like the back of his hand, came with high tech tools and apps that let me see what exactly the issue. I believe that he is a trustworthy man and that he will walk anyone thru and explain the right steps to take. I will recommend and happy issue was resolved for now.

They charge way too much on the weekends. I had an emergency appointment the tool needed was not available in Home Depot or Lowe's or Ace hardware so the guy showed up and completed the job in less than five minutes and was paid almost $400 . I'm appreciative that Torch was able to come but I feel robbed, not to mention what happened later is a leak that caused other problems within the house because of only one issue being fixed with caused more pressure throughout the home. Oh well DiY but if you don't have the right tools you'll pay for emergency services.

Dellen @ Torch Services did an excellent job at my customers house. New plumbing for new construction on an addition. On time and VERY responsive to a couple service calls. Impressive.
Also, I need to mention Gage and another employee (can't remember his name) also did great work there and were very friendly and professional. I'll be using you guys in the future!

ITorch plumbing always goes above and beyond to make it as hassle free as possible. The customer service is always on point, and they are quick to come out. Often it is the same day or next day. Usually it is same day.

I had trouble with the air conditioning unit not turning on and keeping temperature. I called Torch due to positive reviews on other sites and the tech tried to help over the phone (which is much appreciated versus only signing me up for an appointment) but I still had the problem a few days later. David came out, quickly found and fixed the issue, confirmed it was fixed and told me how I could take care of it in the future.

I highly recommend Torch for your plumbing needs and Caleb in particular. He has installed six faucets in our kitchen, bathroom, and wet bar. Caleb has also fixed two leaky outdoor faucets for us. He is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. So much so, I ask for him specifically! We've used them for over a year and have been very happy.
