This is the first time I have ever written a review on a company. Probably because I have never been this unsatisfied with a company as much as I am with Infinity Flooring & Cabinets.
In September 2014 we had a new house built. We bought all of our flooring from Infinity Flooring & Cabinets. On the main floor of our house {except for one bedroom} we had vinyl plank flooring installed.
Within the first year of installation we had the planks separating on the ends. We had the installer back to our house twice that year to pound the planks back together but never fixed the problem.

Extremely pleased with my new carpeting!
Nathan & Jimmy did an outstanding job installing! They moved lots of heavy furniture with care, called before they arrived, took their shoes on/ off coming & going, worked through their lunch break on the 2nd day.... just to name a few positives!
I would highly recommend Infinity Flooring & Cabinets!

We LOVE our new carpet! The entire process from samples, to selection, measuring, ordering and install was amazing. The person who came out to measure was rude to my daughter, but we went with them. The installer did such gteat job we went back to them for my other daughter's flooring. Again the person was rude. So much so, she left my daughter in tears! I will NOT spend any more money at Infinity. Just so you know, that means no flooring, no kitchen remodel, which is going to be next, nothing!

We did our new kitchen through Infinity, and could not be happier with the results. They carry excellent quality products, and their staff is absolutely wonderful. We have beautiful new wood cabinets, an awesome granite counter top, stone back splash on the walls, and a new floor that is just the best. They helped with the design, and assisted us in picking out just the right products for us. The installation crews are top-notch, and all was done in a very timely manner. The staff at Infinity was awesome to work with. During the design of our new home they met with me to show me the options in our price range, helped me put together products that worked well with each other, allowed me to check out samples to bring home, they were so accommodating as I changed my mind 100 times, and their installers were great to work with. There were a few minor problems, things I changed, or things that needed to be tweaked in the end and they sent the appropriate people out to get it done.
