Leroy Schrock started building and remodeling homes in the Hayward Lakes area in 1965. Leroy built quality, custom homes at a reasonable price - a philosophy that still works for us to this day. Eventually Leroy passed the company he built to his grandsons, Todd and Tim Schrock.
