I was completely taken advantage of and Gabe took my money and disappeared. He did not follow through with my roof review for a claim with my insurance company of which I hired him as my appraiser. Gabe directed me to make my retainer payment to his personal name. He has not responded to my requests for documents, reports, and photos he should have produced. Do not trust this company, especially Gabe Franker. Worst work experience I have had. This company and Gabe Franker are very shady.

When I contacted Shingle Star, they were quick to respond. Gabe came to my house, checked the damage from the storm and explained their services. When the insurance adjuster came to assess the damage, Gabe was there to answer any questions. The new shingles and gutters look fantastic. Shingle Star has been there for any problems, answering my questions and providing information to the insurance company. They were always professional and stayed within the budget. Thank you Shingle Star for a job well done. I will definitely recommend you to anyone needing your services!

I used Shingle Star to repair/replace my roof damaged by the August derecho. They were able to come up and inspect the roof within a couple days of my contacting them. They made their estimate and contacted my insurance company to include items missed in the initial inspection by the insurance company. The work was completed in a timely manner considering the shortened daylight hours. I am very pleased with the quality of their workmanship and in the cleanliness of my yard when they had completed the roof. I would definitely use Shingle Star again if needed and highly recommend them to anyone needing
