All the staff was amazing. Maria was outstanding and so helpful setting up the consultation and then installation. Carlos was fantastic and walked us through each and every step of the process. The technicians were truly amazing. They were friendly, professional, and very thorough. They explained everything and did an incredible job. They cleaned up and even called afterwards to remind me of a few things. We were truly impressed with this company. The product is high quality. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Carlos and his team are good. The system works well. I chose to have connected smoke and carbon alarms on all levels along with water alarms for laundry & sump pump area. The glass break sensors had some false alarms so after a couple months they adjusted the sensitivity down free of charge. This setup provides added peace of mind, especially when traveling.

Carlos got us set up with our security system/cameras 3 years ago. A very professional job. Everything was done the right way. System works flawlessly. I had an issue once with my wifi which affected the system. I called Carlos and he patiently walked me through the process to get the wifi going which simultaneously re-linked up the security system. And just today he squared away an issue (I thought) I was having with a camera. Honest, fair and extremely knowledgeable. Highest recommendation.

I had this service but I was not being monitored. When my alarm went off I was never notified by the monitoring company. I called and complained. I got frustrated and cancelled the service by phone. But the bills kept coming. Then I got sent to a collection agency for with a bill of $2,000, I called and was told that there was nothing that Security Doctors could do about it. Think about this. The only service I received for the past year was billing.

We had a 10-camera system installed at our condominium building, and Carlos and his team did a fantastic job. They were professional, courteous, and extremely contentious that the installation had minimal impact on the building yet provide the best coverage.They went above and beyond from beginning to end, from proposal to installation to training.
We recently had an theft in the parking lot which involved the police, and the officer in charge of collecting evidence was very impressed with the quality of the footage we were able to provide - thank you Carlos!

Carlos, Rick and the rest of the team did a superb job. The challenge was to install cameras without interfering with the look and feel of the house, which is a certified bungalow. I had worked with Carlos on a prior project and had confidence that his team will find a way to install sophisticated security system that is consistent with the aesthetics of the house.
