Disrespectful! There is a mask mandate in Oregon. I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for service and from what I saw lots of employees and customers did not comply. Chin Diapers all over. Unbelievable. Thank goodness my husband who has medical issues did not come. Personal preferences are fine but have some respect for staff and customers. Driving to Portland in the future.

Honda has a long reputation of doing haggle-free business which means it feels more like shopping for groceries than having a root canal. Friendly, straight-forward and reasonable. Their price is very competitive and the product appears to be a quality vehicle. Their warranty is a major selling point, particularly the two-year maintenance warranty that includes regular oil changes.

My truck’s radiator started leaking on Friday, and I was not able to go more than a couple days without using it. I checked with the outstanding staff at Columbia Gorge Honda, and they were able to get my truck in on Tuesday at a time that worked with my schedule. It did not matter that I was not driving a Honda, and I was quoted a price that was very reasonable. The work was done quickly, and now my truck is as good as new. I would encourage anyone that needs work done to their vehicle, regardless of what make it is, to trust the fine staff at Columbia Gorge Honda to get you taken care of, and

My husband and I just bought a new HR-V at the Columbia Gorge Honda. We were very impressed with everyone who helped us in our purchase. Jakob our salesperson was outstanding. He understood that even though we were buying the car jointly, it was primarily my car. Even though my husband was a presence in the discussion, he directed his concern and questions mainly to me. I am an older female who is often disregarded when dealing with financial considerations, and I really appreciated Jakob's approach. We both felt that we had an excellent experience. We didn't feel any pressure to make a decision
