What a nightmare this company was!!! After telling us that he could get it done with in a week we asked him to order the door then we talked a week later and he told us that he won’t have it for a couple months because it was supposedly coming from out of the country….that was a lie. We were under the impression that we were going to have a free estimation…well I wasn’t gonna wait for months to get my garage door fixed and I found it waaayyy cheaper and way faster and it was a FREE estimation but the guy did nothing but lie the whole time and cried like a little baby so we paid him $100

Professional. Experienced. Quality workmanship. Highly recommended for any garage door service. I have an older garage door system. The system I had was over $1000 to replace before labor. Petersons technicians were able to put in a much better system for under $500. Called on a Friday, they were able to fix the spring on Monday in under 3 hours.

Came out on short notice. Found and fixed some issues with my door in less then an hour. Opens 100 times better and closes way smoother. They even showed me some problem areas and had a quote ready for a new door [they recommended replacing whole door and old spring assembly's] due to the fact mine was very worn out. Very reasonable prices and respectful technicians. Definitely recommend.
