We hired this company to pump out out septic before we move. First they didn't show up for the first appointment and couldn't make it out for another two weeks. We were told they just needed to know where the septic is. The guy gets here and says he won't do any digging. How are non-professionals supposed to know any of this stuff unless this information is shared by your customer representative? He proceeds to tell me what his receptionist normally tells people all this stuff, as if I'm lying, but I know what I was told and it wasn't what he was saying. Otherwise it would have been done. Copsey’s pumped my septic on 3/29/2019. The next day i noticed the septic lid was cracked. I asked my son who was present what happened. He stated that the tech broke it. With the amount of broken pieces that my lid was in, there is no way i would not have seen it. When i contacted the company the next day about it, , i was told that the lid was already cracked which it wasn’t. Copsey’s said they could bring another lid out to me for $200.00!!! I bought my own lid for $45.00 (thank you very much) the following weekend. Talking about dishonest and price gouging. Very disappointed. Never again

My HEROS! Wow, what amazing service. After being price gouged yesterday by another company to the extent that we couldn't afford their services, Copsey's came and saved the day for a fraction of the cost. I had left a message Sunday and Copsey's called me first thing Monday in the morning and worked me into their busy schedule for a early morning pump out. They were professional, responsive and I can't express how grateful I am. We were in a "crappy" situation where we couldn't even flush anymore. While pumping out, Copsey's even asked us to flush to make sure everything was A-OK! Septic works
