I contacted this business for their advertised COVID sanitizing for my home. I spoke with one of the managers, Rodney Bell, and was told that he could coordinate home cleaning, air duct cleaning, and carpet cleaning services with outside vendors in addition to the sanitizing my home. After several days of communicating via text message and no progress on the outside vendors, I informed Mr. Bell that I only wanted their sanitizing services. He gave me an appointment and told me it was "confirmed". No one ever showed up and I did not receive a call from Mr. Bell or the company stating they would

An unexpected dishwasher leak between the current and sub-floor threatened to ruin my new kitchen floor until David stepped in to help. Within 24 hours of his installation of the dehumidifier and fans, things starting drying up. My guess is that about 20 gallons of water came out over that 72 hours and it was dry as a bone when he checked it. No floor buckle at all. David saved the day quickly with same day service, know-how, and reasonable price. He was absolutely communicative and personable as well. Would definitely call on this company again (though here's to hoping I don't need to do so!)
