Sam was dispatched to our house to replace three locks, to include the front door, exterior garage door, and interior garage door. I also requested kick plates me installed on the exterior two doors. I walked through each door with Sam and explained the exact work we wanted done. It seemed like we were on the same page, apparently not. The work done the first time around was terrible. Unfortunately I was not home when the work was done so I didn't have a chance to see it until well after Sam had left. I have attached photos of the amateurish job Sam did at our house. Easiest process I ever experienced with a home service provider. I was able to book an appointment online and received an immediate confirmation. A day before my appointment I received an email reminder and even got a call from the locksmith an hour before to let me know he's on his way, wow! Javier the locksmith arrived like clockwork, incredibly… friendly and professional he got to work right away. I had a Smart Lock installed along with a matching handleset on my front door. We had a couple of break ins in the neighborhood and I wanted to add more security. Our front door didn't have a deadbolt and I wanted to get something that is secure enough and looks nice as well. I have a great experience with this company. They replied to me the same day and I could schedule an appointment immediately. They were knowledgeable about the lock I had and were able to save it and just make a key for me on the spot for a door lock. I highly recommend it if you need a last minute job done the same day. They advertise that they are open 24 hours, they came to me in the evening time, very convenient. I hope I don’t need to use them again but if I do I would definitely give them a call.

Mark is awesome! I need my locks changed over the weekend and I reached out to locksmith on wheels. He was luckily available and was at my place within 45 minutes after placing the call. He gave me a few options and was upfront about the pricing, making sure I understand exactly what I am paying for. Once we agreed on the work that needed to be… done, Mark got straight to work. Less than an hour later, I had new locks on my doors, all working on the same key (as I requested) and Mark asks me if I have a broom or a vacuum handy so he can clean up any debris from the work he's done! Fortunately, in this case,… it’s because the service is that good. A lock broke in my house pretty late at night, and I didn’t want to leave it broken for too long.
