Hello. Just wanted to take a minute to give a shout out to the team over at apex autonet, specifically Kent for making the car buying process easy and smooth.
Backstory: I had gotten into an accident and had a week to find a car-a specific model car in mind-Lexus CT 200h, and they happened to have exactly what I was looking for. I bought a used 2013 Mercedes Benz C250 sport sedan for my daughter on October 10th. She loves the car so much. Kent sold it to me and he's a nice guy and an honest salesman. He gave us a great deal on this car. I didn't expect him to tell me everything that was wrong with the car. Usually when you buy a used car it "as is" they don't tell you the problems unless you ask them. Anyone needs a used car to see Kent. Thank you, Kent! I will be buying my next Mercedes from you soon.

I guess a two star you can see this place is a two star not one because customer service is OK cat is a cool dude but over the phone him and someone else made it seem it would be possible to get stuff done but once I got there they were no help they told me with no enthusiasm the first thing that came out of their mouth's when I I said I want the car he said yeah we don't know if you will get approved kind of putting me down saying they only work with one bank right now is Chase so right there is already false advertisement saying they work with more banks easy financing but once I got

My husband came in to look at a car and he wanted to test drive the car , so the guy let him and as soon as he was about to take off my husband made a comment saying gray wasn't his first preference on the car and the employee said why is he even here testing the car and so he didn't let him test drive it? What a way of anticipating a customer motivation. That's why there's no one in there.

I purchased a used MDX from here in April 2019. From the beginning my experience here was great. I met with the salesman Jack and he was friendly and straight to the point, they don't waste your time here with sales pitches like your typical dealer. He answered all questions I had and they gave my wife and I the keys and full access to the vehicle without their presence which allowed us to take our time to ensure we were comfortable with the purchase. Our MDX was in great condition and still runs great today.

Got my very first vehicle - purchased a Toyota RAV4 from the dealership and received excellent service during my visit. I was able to get my questions answered over email - very responsive. "They see me rollin'.." in my new car from Apex Autonet! From the short 10mins I spent looking at the car I wanted, Jack dropped the keys in my hand and said "take your time" to shaking Kent's hand after signing all the papers and driving the car home, service was helpful and friendly. Was even allowed to have the car a whole day to take to my mechanic for a "pre-purchase" inspection! Went back a few hours later and drove home my new car. This has been the easiest car buying experience ever! Kent was so personable! He was very informative and honest about the car that we purchased. I will be back to purchase our next car with Apex. We were in and out of there in about an hour and a half, including the test drive time. Don't waste your time and money at any other dealership, Kent will work out whatever needs to be done to help you out. I would give them 10 stars! Hope you decide to at least give them a chance before you go anywhere else.

I found a car at cars.com and contacted the dealership several times over the phone to answer my questions and request an appointment to see the car (I don't live in the area). Wanted to initially see the car on the weekend and told several employees about it, only to find out the car was taken to a shop appointment on my preferred day to see it.
