I called Mike because he came recommend. I was told he would be out my way in the afternoon and would call when he is on the way. Great I thought, I have someone coming out to handle my septic problem. But the time came and went and this flake did not even have the courtesy to call me. I called him and left a message to please lt me know either way if he is still planning on coming out, but he never returned my call. I normally don't do reviews, but am tired of fellow Stevens County business owners being flakes and thinking it's ok. Would have had more respect for this clown if he told me he does

I called Ward's for no particular reason. I had a septic problem and I didn't know who to call so I took a chance. Mike happened to be in the area and was able to come right away which was a very welcome surprise. I thought that I would have to have the septic system pumped out. Mike took a look at the problem and identified that it was nothing more than a completely clogged drain. He cleared the clog - which was a massive clog - and told me how to take care of it myself the next time there was a problem. He was professional and courteous. He was not inexpensive but not outrageous considering
