The whole process of getting a new garage door and opener was great! They even got our door installed earlier than expected. The installers, Cori and Chuck, were very good. The instructions they gave us for the new opener were very clear and helpful. Clean up afterwards was perfect. We contacted Garage Door Specialists believing one of our garage doors was going to need to be replaced. Jim Brogley, the installer, came by and was able to repair the door and did a preemptive repair on the other door. All contact with this company has been courteous and efficient. I have already referred them to the realtor who sold us our house. I highly recommend Garage Door Specialists to anyone!

The specialist who gave us an estimate on garage door opener repair was efficient and thorough in explaining repair options. We were able to make a decision right away on how to proceed with repair. The specialist (Jim B.) who installed our new opener was efficient, professional, and personable. He arrived before our set time (which was appreciated), worked proficiently, and - when finished - made sure we thoroughly understood operation of the new opener. He also made sure that he left his work space clean. We would highly recommend Garage Door Specialists to others.

Kara Bassett was extremely helpful in the selection and ordering process. Robert came out and measured and looked at the job initially and was so friendly and nice.
Cori and Chuck were prompt when showing up for installation calling to let us know when they would arrive. They were both so personable. They were very knowledgeable of how to do the installation and took measures to get all the panels to match up.

Tony came to my house and took measurements for ordering a new entry door. He was absolutely wonderful explaining to me all about the door I was ordering. He returned to install the door. It was another excellent experience. He removed my old door and casing and installed an absolutely beautiful new door!!
