I had a claim with AHS for My washer.
Elite Pro sent me an employee that he is not even licensed. He name is Josh.
And no nothing about washers or appliances repair. Josh not even licensed.
According to Rachel the owner she hired him because he is a nice guy and has a family to support not based on his qualifications.
My washer wasn't spinning and draining it is a Samsung brand.
He came by without in advance notice just knocking on the door.
He took pic of the washer door and it has a smell of mold because it hasn't been draining and spinning.
U start the cycle at 25 than it stop at 19

I have a home warranty through American Home Shield (AHS) and Elite Pro Appliance Repair Service was assigned to service our Samsung Refrigerator Ice Maker. Elite Pro called to discuss the problem and to schedule an appointment. Martin, the repair technician was familiar with the Ice Maker Freezing problem and stated that he would order the repair parts.

Elite is contracted with my home warranty company, American Home Shield. Lucky me, I had my kitchen fridge stop working and within a week my garage fridge also died. I would give Josh, the service tech for both repairs, 5 stars. He's friendly, professional. I would give the actual company and their communication skills 2. They don't answer phones or email promptly but then will just leave a voicemail scheduling a time that they are coming out. And they don't work on weekends. Another communication fail took place when they were coming to fix my second fridge after the parts

I chose Elite because of a great experience I had with them about five years ago when they repaired my refrigerator. Because of that experience, I was SO committed to using them again that I didn't want to work with anyone else. I called on 2.15.21 and they sent Martin the very next day and he diagnosed the problem quickly. Martin was great and the process to that point was super smooth. Multiple visits, multiple delays, multiple missed appointments (with no notification), three months without an appliance, and ultimately no resolution.
Elite Pro was the referral from my home warranty.
The first time they came out they diagnosed the problem and said they needed to order a part and would take about a week. It took three weeks for the part to come in and another week to get a repair man out.
The repair man came out, but said they needed another part and that would take another week. Again it took four weeks.
Then the fun really started. Three times they scheduled repair times

We are customers assigned to you by our home warranty who have been without a washer for almost 4 weeks. We keep getting different stories from your office (if and when we are able to reach someone live) in regards to the arrival of parts, scheduling the technician and notes forwarded to the warranty company

So I needed my microwave fixed and lucky enough I was able to have a company like Elite Pro work on it through my home warranty. They had the part on hand and was able to get it fixed the same day. I am not a fan of cold food so it was really an issue for me to not have my microwave work. Luckily, they got to it right away. Will definitely recommend this company to friends and family. I phoned Elite Pro because I have Home warranty and found this company extreamly punctual and courteous therefore I used them for my rental property.
The dryer had died, I set up an appointment, they arrived and determined it needed a new motor. That price was going to be about $350, I decide to buy a new one since the dryer was old.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Paid a $59.95 service call.

Below is my original review...This is my actual review now a month later I'm still having the same problem. They haven't returned any phone calls, the stove has gone completely out.. they have even sent the wrong paperwork to the home warranty company and that's what's holding things up..this started March 5th, 2020, it's now April 23rd, 2020. If the stove is plugged in it just beeps nonstop. .so we have to unplug it and light the stove with a lighter..and can not use the oven since march 5th.. (kinda makes being on lockdown a little more rough) stove is just over 2 years

My Appliance, GE microwave was serviced by the technician Mardy, today Thursday, January 9, 2020. He was very professional, ask if there are any questions during the removal and repairs. He ensured all items worked prior to installing the appliance into the cabinet. And ensure the equipment heated the water was a pleasure he wanted the job completed was satisfactory

I have warranty thru American home shield and I was referred to Elite pro appliance Repair last year for my refrigerator and was very satisfied with there repair and customer service.I request them again for my Dryer repair Last week even though I was assigned some other company I made sure AHS changed it over to Elite Pro.
When Mardy came to do the repair he was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and he had lots of knowledge. He fixed my dryer on the same day he came. He also had the part with him not having to wait for it.

Excellent customer service. I was very happy with their quick scheduling and prompt arrival time. Ronald, my service technician, was very professional and knowledgeable about my broken Jenn-Air convection oven. He made sure that the right part was ordered and approved by the warranty company and confirmed that everything was completed before he left the house. Ronald came to assess our refrigerator. With Ronalds expensive knowledge and experience he was able to diagnosis that the refrigerator needed a new condensing unit. He was able to diagnose and repair our refrigerator very efficiently. We are extremely impressed with Ronalds professional experience and extensive knowledge. I am more than pleasantly surprised by this company. I am thoroughly impressed with the outcome for my failing machine.
