I had these fine folks install a new water heater for me and am impressed & amazed with their quick response and professionalism. Jason sent one of his techs (Zane) out the same day I called to evaluate the situation. It was determined I needed a new water heater to replace the old one which was 15 years old. This install was completed 100% the following day. Zane is awesome! He had a challenging situation with a small space to work in, having to remove the door trim to get the water heater into the utility closet, install new gas & water lines and install a new flu assembly. We have had the pleasure of using Spartan for a year now. They came out quickly when we had a leak earlier this year and checked over the furnace to make sure it was all well and good. We set up a yearly plan to have them come out and check the air conditioner system as well. Prompt service and trustworthiness are a necessity when dealing with systems I know little about. When discovering the AC was on its last legs , I was confidant in the options offered and we choose a new system. Jason and the gang were great. Jason installed my LP gas line a couple of months prior to me getting my room ready for a new ventless gas fireplace. He told me to give him a call back when I was ready. Couple of months later I call back and he had Nick scheduled in the very next week. Great guys, very professional, quick response and very thorough. Both took the time to answer all my questions and were happy to do so and all at very good value. I will be using Jason and the gang at Spartan Mechanical for any future heating and cooling needs. I Recommend highly.

I chose Spartan because they advertised 24 hour emergency service. They were wonderful to work with! They responded promptly, were very considerate of my circumstances and time, were knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I will definitely call them for future HVac needs. They communicated throughout the entire process and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Jason followed up after the project wrapped up to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns as well as checking on the final product. This is a great company and I would highly recommend them.
