This is our third time having Vladimir and his team out. They first painted the entire outside of our house. Second job was staining our fence, pergola and deck. And lastly just finished our master bedroom, master bath and closets, as well as hallway and hallway bath. They painted our cabinets, removed popcorn ceiling, put texture up and painted. Everything looks phenomenal. They cleaned up and completed all of the jobs in the estimated times. I would recommend Vladimir and Maldonado’s Painting for any painting job!

The company owner, Vladimir Maldonado, and his crew were very professional from start to finish. He clearly explained his services, warranties, materials to be used, and pricing. They removed ceiling popcorn and painted it to give my home an updated and polished look. Not only was the job performed efficiently, but they kept their work area near and clean. Floors and lighting were covered carefully and replaced when the work was completed. I am scheduling more services with them! Thank you for your excellent service!

Vladimir’s team not only painted the exterior of my house, but also replaced all damaged wood around my house and fireplace. Mr. Maldonado's crew did a fantastic job! They power washed the patio, porch, sidewalk and driveway, repaired/replaced any rotting wood, caulked all the windows, and painted the exterior of the house. They were able to start a couple of days early and finished in a couple of days. Everyone was very professional, there was no mess left behind for us to clean up and our house looks like new. I would highly recommend Maldonado's Painting. 5 stars for sure!!

Received Maldonado's Painting's information from an acquaintance who used their services for painting her home and spoke highly of their service. Vladimir was incredibly pleasant to work with. They painted my bedroom, but also helped me pick the right color. They use high end quality paints and preform quality work. The helps take window coverings off and put them back on. They worked well around my schedule that had to be changed several times. One of the best qualities is that the painters have good experience and high quality managers to supervise results. They also pained my entire kitchen with over 40 cabinet doors inside and out. The kitchen was well covered so dust from the sanding escaped.

Hired for interior and exterior work. Provided Sheetrock repairs, texturing, and painting on the interior. On the exterior did wood replacement on dormers, painting of dormers, garage doors and shutters. Also, polyurethane front door.
