"We don't program any keys we don't supply."
That was the response I got 1 minute ago when I called to ask about having 2 new keys cut and programmed for my Honda Odyssey. I understand if you enjoy making a profit from selling merchandise, but declining to provide service for non-purchased hardware is a pretty poor way to do business. If you need to up-charge to provide service to non-purchased merchandise, then do that; but refusing service is pitiful customer service and a good way of racking up negative reviews on Google.

After having to text my name number address and pic of safe to a random number I got from A-1 Lock & Safe i never heard anything back for 3 days. I called back amd they told me to re-text the info , I did that and still 4 days later never have heard anything. Poor business ethics, worst customer service ever. Who knows who has my info and pic of safe now??

I lost my only car key and this company came on sight and had a new one for me in less than an hour. The receptionist and the service provider were both polite. I felt like I was in good hands and they delivered on my belief. They were also the best priced in Evansville for Nissan Altimas. Would definitely recommend.
