The service that we have received from Apex Pest control and Mr Rufus is beyond exceptional! We had some unwelcome "guests" in our home and had done everything we could think of and google to get rid of them, which only seemed to make it worse. I contacted Apex and scheduled a visit with Mr Rufus, I cant tell you enough what a great decision that was!
I give this company the highest rating possible, it took 4 trips BUT the problem is solved! Thank you Apex fro saving our home! I hired Rufus for a Termite inspection for a purchase of a home. The home turns out to be over run with bugs. I then hired Rufus to get rid of the bug and a very friendly maintenance plan once I became the homeowner.
Rufus is on spot with what he does and he does it all at a price people can afford. I wouldn't go any where else! -Laura K. Rufus did great. I've used APEX for some time now and have been very happy with the services received. They are always very professional and friendly. Since using them, I very rarely see any bugs at all in my home. They are the third company we've used in the last 9 years and have always done the best job.

Customer for about 5 years. Old school type pest control company that sprays in the house and gives attention to every room. Provided quarterly treatment with hardly any issues i between. Never had any issues with the chemicals used and my pets. Don’t always get the same tech so the quality of the treatment sometimes differs. Missed one appointment in 5 years and came home to a business card in my door saying they would no longer treat my home. Secretary at the office can have a bit of an attitude at times. Rufus, the founder, is a great guy and did our first treatments. Not sure how involved

This is the best pest control I have ever used. They got our problems solved quickly and now do a 3 month maintenance. We have 2 houses and they are very prompt with appointments and easy to deal with. Office staff is very pleasant and workers are very professional. Thank you Mr. Rufus for having a great business to help the homeowners.

I was definitely impressed by the prompt and professional service. I would highly recommend Apex Pest Control. Mr Bellew was the service man that handled my call. He was extremely friendly, and he discussed every step with me in great detail. I always say go local. This company is an example why. On top of that, their prices can't be beat.

Quality and friendly all at affordable prices. I have been using Apex for 3 years because the townhome next to me is vacant and I do not want any uninvited guest coming into my home. The come out once a month and also do my shed and utility building. Plus if there are any fire ants they take care of those as well. I have never seen anyone get rid of fire ants the way Apex does!! I am also big on supporting your local business and you get that extra mile from Apex. Wouldn't use any one else!

If not allowed please delete. are you freaking kidding me!!! i do not recommend apex pest control at all! they were great at first but let me tell you. i had an appointment on friday and was unable to keep it. i called thursday two times and then again on friday six times. left a voicemail and asked for them to call me back maybe monday. they never called me back on friday or saturday. he waits until sunday in the middle of my daughters birthday party to call at 4 in the afternoon!!!! i am not going to answer the phone in the middle of my childrens birthday party. no voicemail was left!! then i
