The garage door on my husband’s side of the garage quit working and I called Doors Plus because they put in the automatic opener on my side. They came right over and said it really should be replaced and this afternoon 2 young gentleman came over and announced they were here to replace the opener and would let me know they we were finished. There were very nice and efficient and were done in no time. The prices are very reasonable.

Bought a door from doors plus. Carl made the experience smooth and easy. He helped us select the door and opener that we needed. Installation day the technicians arrived on time and got right to work. Unfortunately it was in the midst of covid 19 so we had to do social distancing. I called Doors Plus after a recommendation from someone that is considering their services. There was a spring that had broken on my garage door a week or so ago, so I left a voicemail letting the company know I was looking for a repair. A few hours later, Carl called and let me know that he could have a team swing by in an hour or so. Paul and CJ stopped by as he promised, verified the problem, and then obtained a spring to replace the damaged one.
I wasn't expecting a same-day repair, and I appreciate that CJ and Paul were able to quickly fix the issue for me. They were great and respectful

I was having problems with my garage door. Laura answered my call and had the technician at my house that very afternoon. I also asked if he would check if I could put in an automatic opener. Thirty minutes and the door worked better than the 1st day I owned it. And Laura had the technician and a new employee come back the very next day and install my opener! Fantastic, professional work and service by all!

I had Jeff's people install a 16 foot door almost two years ago. It rattled in the wind and a contractor told me his did too. I put up with it until this year. I called Doors Plus to ask them about it. Jeff sent two guys to my house immediately and they fixed it. I am impressed with the service I received. It was my fault that it was not fixed earlier. Thank you Jeff and your crew.
