Derek and his team were recommended by a friend, but I also saw they were recommended by Tesla for Wall Connector installations. From the first email and throughout the process, they were quick to respond and incredibly professional. I tend to overthink things and ask a ton of questions. They rolled with the questions like the professionals they are, and educated me along the way. We had our 7.5 megawatt solar system and battery backup installed in Feb. 2017. I had some specific requirements in mind (I wanted the panels to work independently from each other in case one was in the shade, for instance) and Derek and his guys listened carefully and made it all work. Four and a half years later we encountered our first problem during a power outage (the battery back-up had too much draw on it and turned off), so I emailed them. Derek and his staff provide exceptional service. Derek was able to help me with several things at my house, from installing a Tesla wall connector, to helping with electrical issues, and even got my hot tub working. He goes above and beyond for his customers, and is highly recommended.
